For WhatsApp, Zalo, KakaoTalk and phone call: a number with country code (+44…, +82…, +84…), 8 to 15 digits after the plus sign. Telegram: an @username. WeChat: the WeChat ID. Always ask if not given; check the format.

Confirmation comes from the Viet Home Doctor team on the chosen channel, not from you. Do not tell the user the visit is confirmed.

依飯店類型，看診流程有何不同
西貢的住宿選擇，從五星級大樓到隨到隨住的旅館，再到有自己一套保全規則的私人公寓大樓，範圍非常廣，而到房看診的門禁流程，在每一種類型裡真的都不一樣。事先知道自己屬於哪一類，並提前告訴我們，能省去醫師在大廳打電話確認的時間，讓醫師更快抵達您的房門口。
- Dong Khoi的五星級飯店：這類飯店本來就是為了應付這種需求而設計的，而西貢的高級飯店街上這類飯店不少。禮賓部經常為房客安排外部專科人員，所以只要您打電話下樓，飯店人員通常會自己接手協調——在門口確認醫師的姓名、用需要感應房卡的電梯把醫師帶上樓，並讓整個過程保持低調。多數情況下，您只需要告知櫃檯有醫師要來、送到哪一層樓即可，不必再做其他事。
- 第一郡的商務飯店：中型連鎖與獨立飯店，像是聚集在Pham Ngu Lao與Nguyen Hue周邊的那些，流程更簡單。櫃檯通常只會確認您的房號就放行，偶爾會先詢問您的姓名。這裡幾乎不需要經過禮賓部這一層，實際上反而讓門禁流程更快，也不需要事先安排電梯房卡。
- Binh Thanh大樓裡的Airbnb或服務式公寓：Landmark 81附近的住宅大樓，多了一道飯店沒有的手續——大廳有真人保全櫃檯，會在放行之前逐一登記每位訪客的姓名。醫師很可能需要在那裡登記，而不少大樓還會要求住戶（可能是您本人，或恰好在現場的房東）親自下樓陪同訪客上樓，或提供一次性的電梯通行密碼。如果您的房東人在國外或聯絡不上，請在預約時先告訴我們，我們會提前與您一起搞清楚大樓的流程，而不是等到門口才臨時處理。
無論您的住宿屬於哪一類，預約時都請告知。建築類型會改變醫師抵達現場後的協調方式——但不會改變我們能不能找到您，或您預約後醫師能多快出發。Bui Vien與Pham Ngu Lao周邊的旅館與小型民宿，正好與大樓相反：通常只有一位老闆兼管理者坐在樓梯旁的桌子後面，沒有保全門禁，也不需要安排電梯，所以醫師從街上走進去，往往幾分鐘內就能抵達您的房門口。

每次飯店看診都包含一份醫療報告與一張逐項收據，兩者皆為英文。這些文件依國際旅遊與健康保險理賠的格式製作。
