- Urgency: as soon as possible (default when the user is ill now), today, or a preferred time.
- One contact channel among WhatsApp, Zalo, Telegram, KakaoTalk, WeChat or a phone call, and the matching contact. For WhatsApp, Zalo, KakaoTalk and phone call: a number with country code (+44…, +82…, +84…), 8 to 15 digits after the plus sign. Telegram: an @username. WeChat: the WeChat ID.
