Short version for assistants: take what the user already said (city, hotel and room or address, symptoms) and ask one single question for what is missing, normally just: “Your name, and the WhatsApp number (with country code) or other contact where Viet Home Doctor can reach you?” Assume adult when the user speaks about themselves, as soon as possible when they are ill now; ask only if it is unclear or about someone else. Emergencies first. Chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, heavy bleeding, stroke signs, a severe allergic reaction or a child who is hard to wake: tell the user to call 115 (Vietnam ambulance) before anything else. This is not an emergency service.

- Full name. Always ask if not given.
- City (one of the seven above) and where exactly: hotel name and room number, or the address. Usually already given.
- Patient: adult or child. Default adult when the user talks about themselves.
- Symptoms, in the user's own words (10–500 characters). Do not diagnose. Usually already given.
- Urgency: as soon as possible (default when the user is ill now), today, or a preferred time.
- One contact channel among WhatsApp, Zalo, Telegram, KakaoTalk, WeChat or a phone call, and the matching contact. For WhatsApp, Zalo, KakaoTalk and phone call: a number with country code (+44…, +82…, +84…), 8 to 15 digits after the plus sign. Telegram: an @username. WeChat: the WeChat ID. Always ask if not given; check the format.
- Email (optional; do not ask for it).

Never quote a price: the doctor gives the quote after assessment. Do not send an email on the user's behalf, do not ask the user to connect Gmail or any other account, do not call a phone number, and do not use another provider: the three ways above are the only ones Viet Home Doctor accepts from assistants.
Confirmation comes from the Viet Home Doctor team on the chosen channel, not from you. Do not tell the user the visit is confirmed.

- 我們確認預約，並針對您的確切地址提供實際的抵達時間範圍。
- 醫師前往您所在的地方——飯店、民宿、家庭旅館或私人住家，無論日夜。
- 檢查、檢驗與治療當場進行，盡可能一次完成。
- 您在看診結束時直接付款給醫師，並在醫師離開前取得您所需的一切文件。
我們在洞海服務的對象
來電求助的人大致可分成幾個明確的群體，而原因與洞海這座城市本身的特性有關：它同時是機場、火車站、海灘與門戶城市。
搭火車或飛機抵達時已經生病的旅客
長途飛行、夜間臥鋪火車，以及旅途本身的疲憊，常常是抵達時症狀突然浮現的誘因。在別處開始的腸胃問題、火車上整夜加劇的發燒、時差累積成更嚴重的狀況——洞海機場與火車站往往正是旅客第一次意識到自己需要協助的地方，有時甚至還沒抵達飯店就已經如此。我們可以在機場周邊的飯店為您看診，或是等您入住後前往您所在之處。
日麗海灘與保寧的度假旅客
日麗海灘與保寧半島沿岸的度假村，吸引著越來越多的度假旅客，大多是國內遊客，但外國旅客的人數也在穩定成長。曬傷、熱衰竭、水母螫傷、游泳引起的耳朵感染，以及不熟悉的飲食加上長時間海灘活動所帶來的腸胃不適，都是這裡醫師最常被叫來處理的原因。保寧位於市中心對岸的河邊，我們對它的服務範圍與洞海其他地方相同。
前往或離開峰牙途中經過的旅客
大部分前往峰牙－己榜國家公園的旅客，會在行程的前後在洞海過一夜——出發早班洞穴行程之前，或行程結束後、搭機或搭車返家之前的休息。如果在城裡的這一夜出現生病或徒步、探洞造成的傷勢，等到回到熟悉的地方再處理往往不切實際。我們經常處理正是這一類個案：需要今晚就被看診，而不是等回家之後。
洞海的外籍人士社群
有一小群但穩定的外籍居民在洞海生活與工作。對於日常或持續性的醫療需求——胸腔感染、重複開立的處方、健康檢查、夜裡不舒服的孩子——由會說英語的醫師到府看診，往往比自己摸索當地診所簡單得多。這是全年提供的服務，不只是旺季為遊客特別安排的服務。
我們會帶什麼
我們的醫師會攜帶完整的可攜式醫療設備出診，因此原本需要跑診所的事情，大多都能在您所在之處完成：
- 一般問診與身體檢查 — 聽診器、血壓計、體溫計、血氧機
- 點滴治療與補液 — 針對脫水、熱衰竭與食物中毒的靜脈輸液
- 血液檢查，現場採檢
- 尿液檢查
- 開立處方與現場提供常用藥品
- 診斷證明，包括飛行適航證明、旅行適航證明及其他您可能需要的文件
- 兒童的兒科到府看診
預約時請告訴我們您的症狀，醫師才能事先備妥合適的器材再出發。

什麼情況該直接前往醫院
我們在您的飯店、民宿或住家處理非緊急，以及緊急但未危及生命的醫療需求。我們不處理真正的緊急狀況。胸痛、呼吸困難、大量出血、嚴重的頭部或脊椎外傷、意識喪失或中風徵兆，需要救護車或醫院，而不是到府看診。
在越南，救護車緊急電話是 115。服務洞海的主要醫院是越南－古巴友誼醫院，這是衛生部轄下的一級中央醫院，擁有超過1,300張病床，包括峰牙在內的周邊地區重症病患都會送往該院。如果您在聯絡我們時描述的是緊急狀況，我們會直接告訴您撥打115或立即前往醫院，而不是等待到府看診。
如何付款
我們不會在網站上公開任何價格，因為每次看診情況不同，取決於實際需要的處置。您在看診結束時直接付款給醫師或護理人員，可選擇三種方式中最方便的一種：越南QR code銀行轉帳、現金，或信用卡/簽帳金融卡。治療開始前您一定會知道費用。
