西贡的住宿从五星级高楼，到步行可达的小旅馆，再到有自己一套门禁规则的私人公寓大楼，种类繁多，而客房问诊的进出流程在每一种情况下确实都不一样。提前了解自己属于哪一类，并告诉我们，能省去医生在大堂打电话确认的时间，让他们更快到达您的房门。
- 同起街的五星级酒店：这类酒店本就是为处理这种需求而设计的，西贡的高端酒店一条街上有不少这样的选择。礼宾部经常为客人安排外部专业人士上门，因此您一通电话打到前台之后，工作人员通常会自己接手协调——在门口核实医生的姓名，用需要门卡才能操作的电梯把医生带上楼，让整个上门过程保持低调。很多情况下，您只需要告诉前台会有医生来访，以及该送到哪个楼层，其余的都不用您操心。
- 第1郡的商务酒店：范五老和阮惠一带聚集的中型连锁酒店和独立酒店，流程更简单。前台通常只需确认您的房间号就会放行医生，偶尔会先在前台核实一下您的姓名。这里很少有礼宾部这一层要打交道，实际上反而让进出更快，也不需要提前安排电梯卡。
- 平盛郡公寓大楼里的Airbnb或服务式公寓：Landmark 81附近的住宅大楼多了一道酒店没有的手续——由人工值守的大堂保安台，会在放行访客通过闸机之前先登记每一位访客的姓名。医生很可能需要在那里登记，不少大楼还要求住户本人（可能是您，也可能是恰好在场的房东）亲自下楼接引访客上楼，或发送一次性的电梯通行码。如果您的房东在国外或联系不上，请在预约时提前告诉我们，这样我们可以提前和您一起弄清楚这栋楼的流程，而不是到了门口才现场解决。
无论您的住宿属于哪一类，预约时都请说明一下。建筑类型会改变医生到场后协调进出的方式——但不会改变我们能否找到您，也不会改变预约确认后医生出发的速度。范五老和范五老周边的小旅馆和民宿，正好和高层大楼处在两个极端：通常只有一位老板兼管理者坐在楼梯口的桌子后面，没有安保闸机，也不用安排电梯，医生往往从街上走进去几分钟内就能到您门口。
保险文件
每次酒店上门都包含一份医疗报告和一份明细收据，均为英文。这些文件按照国际旅行和健康保险理赔的格式编制。
我们所提供的文件已被Allianz、AXA、Bupa、Cigna及许多其他保险公司接受。请保留好您的单据，方便时再提交理赔。大多数保单都涵盖旅行期间因急性疾病所产生的医生问诊费用，因此在西贡的客房问诊通常可以报销。
