會。我們在洞海看診的大多數人住在日麗海灘或保寧半島沿線的連鎖飯店，但我們同樣經常前往火車站附近較小的家庭旅館、海灘路上家族經營的迷你飯店，以及民宿。請告訴我們物業名稱、房號與怎麼找到您，醫師會攜帶同樣的裝備、以同樣的方式前往。

醫師多快能到我住的飯店？

我們的洞海團隊通常在確認預約後約30分鐘內到達，緊急情況最快10分鐘即可到達。我們在市內有20位醫師常駐，因此無論您住在日麗、保寧、火車站附近還是機場周邊，我們都能快速前往。全天候24小時接受預約，包含夜間、週末與國定假日。

可以開立診斷證明嗎？

可以。如果檢查結果支持，醫師可以在同一次客房看診中開立診斷證明、病假證明或飛行適航證明——用於工作、旅行社或航空公司。不需要另外安排看診，也不需要身體好到能前往任何地方才能取得。

可以一次為全家或一個團體看診嗎？

可以。如果同一房間或同一團體中有兩人以上身體不適——這在共享同一餐或長途旅行後很常見——醫師可以在同一次看診中為所有人檢查與治療，不必分開預約。請在傳訊息給我們時告知需要看診的人數，以便我們準備足夠的時間與物資。

為什麼是房間，不是大廳

在飯店生病，跟在家生病是不一樣的。您不只是身體不適——您是在一棟住滿其他旅客的建築物裡生病，櫃檯看著每個人進進出出，還有一個您得穿越才能到任何地方的大廳。對很多旅客來說，這正是飯店裡的健康問題感覺比實際更麻煩的原因。沒有人想向櫃檯解釋自己的腸胃問題，發著燒跟其他旅客一起搭電梯，或是在門口等計程車、讓所有人都看得出有狀況。 CDC越南旅遊健康指引建議旅客在出發前制定好醫療應對與就診計劃。對於緊急醫療需求，洞海的醫生到府服務可在30分鐘內抵達您的飯店或住所。

洞海的飯店：日麗、保寧、火車站與機場

洞海的住宿分布在幾個明顯不同的區域，我們全部涵蓋。沿著日麗海灘，一整排中高檔飯店面海而立，深受國內度假旅客歡迎，外國旅客的人數也在穩定成長。河對岸的保寧半島，有自己的一批海濱飯店與度假村，比日麗一帶更安靜、更分散。市中心一帶，較小型的飯店與民宿座落在洞海火車站附近，這是南北統一鐵路的一站——如果您正把一趟長途火車旅程拆成兩段，或是要搭早班列車、需要在前一晚就被看診，這裡的位置很方便。少數飯店位於洞海機場（VDH）附近，服務往返河內或胡志明市、轉機時間緊湊的旅客。

我們在洞海飯店看診的旅客中，有很大一部分正在前往或離開峰牙－己榜國家公園的途中，距離約 45 公里、車程約 45 到 60 分鐘——絕大多數前往洞穴的旅客，都會在某個時間點經過洞海的機場、火車站或客運轉乘點。越南 2025 年行政區合併後，洞海如今是廣治省的省會。我們在這裡的在地團隊是網絡中規模最大的——20位醫師，涵蓋整座城市與海灘一帶。

飯店看診如何進行

傳訊息給我們，透過網站表單或電子郵件，提供飯店名稱、房號，以及症狀與起始時間的簡短說明。
我們確認看診，並根據您所在位置與情況的緊急程度，提供實際的抵達時間範圍。
醫師前往您的房間，飯店方只會被告知有旅客要接待訪客。
檢查與治療就在您所在之處進行——說明目前的狀況，並當場開始治療。
醫師離開前，您會拿到一份英文書面醫療報告與明細收據，如有需要也會附上診斷證明。

醫師會帶什麼

由於您的飯店房間裡沒有附設診所，醫師會攜帶自給自足的裝備，讓一次看診就能涵蓋評估與治療：

完整問診與身體檢查，包括血壓、體溫與血氧濃度
點滴治療與補液，針對脫水、熱衰竭、嘔吐或腸胃感染
血液檢查與尿液檢查，當發燒需要確切解釋而非猜測時使用
心電圖，用於胸部症狀或心悸
可攜式超音波，用於腹痛或軟組織評估
傷口照護與包紮
現場提供常用藥品，不必讓任何人在半夜去找開著的藥局
應要求提供英文書面醫療報告、明細收據與診斷證明

我們最常遇到的三種情況

長途旅程後抵達時已經生病。 統一鐵路列車與經河內或胡志明市轉機的班機都可能是漫長的一天，有些旅客下火車或下飛機時已經發燒、脫水，或是路途中腸胃就出了狀況。與其行李還堆在走廊、在陌生城市摸索找診所，不如入住房間後讓醫師直接來看您，通常更快也更輕鬆。

飯店早餐或海灘烤肉之後的食物相關疾病。 海鮮與燒烤是日麗與保寧美食文化的重要部分，大多數時候完全沒問題——但腸胃不適確實會發生，當整個旅行團同時中招時，讓醫師到飯店為兩三個人一次看診治療、補液，比大家分別去診所排隊要好得多。

峰牙早班出發前的一個難熬的夜晚。 許多峰牙一日遊與多日行程會在天亮前從洞海飯店的房間出發。凌晨五點發燒、腸胃不適或偏頭痛，正是不能等到診所開門才處理的問題——它需要在當晚或天剛亮時就做出決定：出發、不出發，還是先治療再評估。醫師到您床邊為您檢查、治療，並誠實告知您是否適合出發，讓團隊能準時上路。

不必離開房間就能取得診斷證明

民宿與家庭旅館也一樣

這項服務並不限於連鎖飯店。我們在火車站附近較小的家庭旅館、海灘路上家族經營的迷你飯店，以及民宿，接待的旅客一樣多。如果您的訂房確認信上寫的是民宿或家庭旅館而不是飯店，我們這邊完全沒有差別——告訴我們物業名稱與如何找到您的房間，醫師會以同樣的方式前來。

付款很簡單

我們不會在網路上公開價格，因為每次看診的定價取決於實際內容——單純問診跟問診加上點滴治療與血液檢查是不一樣的。在醫師開始最初檢查以外的任何治療之前，您一定會知道費用，並在看診結束時直接付款給醫師或護理人員，可選擇越南QR code（銀行轉帳）、現金，或信用卡/簽帳金融卡。如果您需要自己申請旅遊保險理賠用的收據，我們應要求提供——這是供您自行向保險公司提交的文件，我們不會與保險公司有直接代收代付的安排。

什麼情況客房看診不是正確選擇

飯店看診適用於一般疾病，以及緊急但病情穩定的問題。它不適用於真正的緊急狀況。如果有人胸痛、嚴重呼吸困難、出現中風徵兆、無法控制的出血、頭部外傷合併意識喪失，或發生了嚴重意外，請立即撥打115叫救護車。洞海的主要醫院是越南－古巴友誼醫院，當需要院內等級的照護時，我們的醫師會安排轉診並附上一封說明信，讓您抵達時不必再重複解釋一次。緊急部分處理完後，我們很樂意接手回到飯店的後續照護。
