是的。我们在洞海接诊的大多数患者入住在日丽海滩或保宁半岛沿线的连锁酒店，但我们同样经常前往火车站附近的小型旅馆、海滩路沿线的家庭经营小旅店，以及民宿。请告诉我们住宿名称、房间号以及如何找到那里，医生会以同样的方式、携带同样的设备前来。

我们的洞海团队通常在预约确认后30分钟内到达，紧急情况下最快10分钟即可到达。我们在这座城市拥有20名本地医生，因此无论您住在日丽、保宁，还是靠近车站或机场，我们都能迅速赶到。全天24小时接受预约，包括夜间、周末和公共假日。

我该如何付款？

我们不在网上公布价格，因为费用取决于问诊的具体内容。费用在问诊结束时直接支付给医生或护士，可选择越南二维码（银行转账）、现金或信用卡/借记卡。如果您需要旅行保险理赔的收据，我们会应要求提供，供您自行提交。

你们能开具医疗证明吗？

可以。在检查结果支持的情况下，医生可以在同一次客房问诊中开具医疗证明、病假条或适飞证明——用于工作、旅行社或航空公司。无需另外预约，也不需要您身体好到能出门才能拿到这些文件。

一次上门能同时为一家人或一个团体看病吗？

可以。如果同一房间或同一旅行团体中有两人或以上身体不适——共同用餐或长途同行后很常见这种情况——医生可以在一次上门中为所有人检查和治疗，而不必分别预约。请在联系我们时告知需要看诊的人数，以便我们安排合适的时间和物资。

为什么在房间里看诊，而不是在大堂

在酒店生病和在家生病是不同的。您不仅仅是身体不适——您是在一栋住满其他客人的建筑里感到不适，前台看着每个人进进出出，还有一个您必须穿过才能去任何地方的大堂。对许多旅行者来说，这正是酒店里的健康问题会让人觉得比实际情况更麻烦的原因。没有人愿意向前台解释自己拉肚子了，也没有人愿意发着烧和其他客人一起挤电梯下楼，或是在外面等出租车时让所有人都看出自己不对劲。 CDC越南旅游健康指南建议旅客在出发前制定好医疗应对与就诊计划。对于紧急医疗需求，洞海的医生上门服务可在30分钟内抵达您的酒店或住所。

洞海的酒店分布：日丽、保宁、车站与机场

洞海的住宿分布在几个不同的区域，我们全部覆盖。沿日丽海滩，一排面朝大海的中高端酒店颇受国内度假游客欢迎，外国游客数量也在稳步增长。河对岸的保宁半岛，则有其自己的一片海滨酒店和度假村，比日丽一带更安静、也更分散。在市中心，小型酒店和旅馆分布在洞海火车站——南北统一号列车的一个停靠站——附近，如果您正在分段完成一段长途火车旅程，或是要赶早班车、需要在前一晚就诊，这里就很方便。还有少数几家酒店靠近洞海机场（VDH），服务往返河内或胡志明市、转机时间紧张的旅行者。

我们在洞海酒店接诊的很大一部分人，都是在前往或离开峰牙-格邦国家公园的途中——距离约45公里，车程约45至60分钟——绝大多数前往洞穴的游客都会在某个环节经过洞海的机场、火车站或长途汽车站。自2025年越南行政区合并以来，洞海如今是广治省的省会。我们在这里的本地团队是我们网络中规模最大的——20名医生覆盖整座城市及其海滩。

酒店问诊流程

发消息告诉我们，通过网站表单或邮件说明酒店名称、房间号，以及症状简述和起病时间。
我们确认问诊，并根据您所在的位置和情况的紧急程度，给出一个切合实际的到达时间范围。
医生上门到您的房间，酒店方面只会被告知有客人在接待访客。
检查和治疗就在您所在的地方进行——医生会说明情况，并当场开始治疗。
医生离开前，您会收到一份英文书面病历报告和一份明细收据，如需要还可获得医疗证明。

医生会携带什么

由于您的酒店房间没有配套诊所，医生会携带一整套自给自足的设备，以便一次上门就能完成评估和治疗：

全面问诊与体检，包括血压、体温和血氧饱和度
静脉输液与补液，针对脱水、热衰竭、呕吐或肠胃感染
血液检查和尿液分析，用于查明发烧的原因而非凭猜测
心电图，用于胸部症状或心悸
便携超声，用于腹痛或软组织评估
伤口护理与包扎
常用药品现场配发，无需在半夜寻找营业中的药店
英文书面病历报告、明细收据，以及应要求提供的医疗证明

我们最常遇到的三种情况

长途旅行后抵达时已生病。乘坐统一号列车或经河内、胡志明市转机，都可能是漫长的一天，有些旅行者下车或下飞机时就已经发烧、脱水，或是肠胃在路上就出了问题。与其行李还堆在走廊里就在陌生城市四处寻找诊所，不如先入住房间，让医生上门——这通常更快、也更省心。

酒店早餐或海滩烧烤后引起的食源性疾病。海鲜和烧烤是日丽和保宁美食体验的重要部分，大多数时候都完全没问题——但肠胃不适确实会发生，一旦整个旅行团体同时中招，让医生上门在一次问诊中为两三个人治疗和补液，要比大家分别去诊所排队好得多。

峰牙一早出发前的糟糕一夜。许多峰牙一日游和多日团都会在天亮前从洞海的酒店出发。凌晨五点发烧、肠胃不适或偏头痛，正是那种等不到诊所开门的问题——需要在当晚或天刚亮时就做出决定：去，还是不去，还是先治疗再评估。医生守在您床边为您检查、治疗，并诚实地告诉您是否适合出行，能让团队按计划准时出发。

无需离开房间即可开具医疗证明

这项服务并不局限于连锁酒店。我们同样经常接诊车站附近小型旅馆、海滩路沿线家庭经营小旅店，以及日丽或保宁附近步行可达的民宿的客人。如果您的预订确认单上写的是旅馆或民宿而不是酒店，对我们来说没有任何区别——告诉我们住宿名称以及如何找到您的房间，医生会以同样的方式前来。

付款方式，很简单

我们不在网上公布价格，因为费用会根据问诊的具体内容而定——单纯问诊和问诊加静脉输液及血液检查是不同的。在医生开始初步检查以外的任何治疗之前，您都会清楚知道费用，付款在问诊结束时直接支付给医生或护士，可选择越南二维码（银行转账）、现金或信用卡/借记卡。如果您需要用于旅行保险理赔的收据，我们会应要求提供——这是供您自行向保险公司提交的文件，而不是我们与保险公司直接结算的安排。

什么情况下客房问诊不是正确选择

酒店问诊适合处理疾病以及紧急但情况稳定的问题。但它不适合真正的急症。如果有人胸痛、严重呼吸困难、出现中风迹象、无法止住的出血、伴随意识丧失的头部损伤，或遭遇严重事故，请立即拨打115呼叫救护车。洞海的主要医院是越南-古巴友谊医院，如果需要医院级别的护理，我们的医生会安排转诊并出具一封说明信，这样抵达医院后就不必再重复解释一遍。一旦紧急情况处理完毕，我们很乐意在您回到酒店后接手后续的护理工作。
