洞海是一座真正的海濱城市，圍繞著日麗海灘、保寧半島與廣富沙丘，自身的海灘觀光正在成長，加上絡繹不絕、前往或離開峰牙－己榜國家公園的旅客，距離約 45 公里、車程約 45 到 60 分鐘。但它終究是一座比峴港或會安規模更小、國際觀光程度較低的城市，這一點直接反映在醫療基礎設施上。這裡沒有專屬的英語診所，也很難期待大多數當地醫療機構的第一線人員能說流利的英語。 CDC越南旅遊健康指引建議旅客在出發前制定好醫療應對與就診計劃。 對於緊急醫療需求，洞海的醫生到府服務可在30分鐘內抵達您的飯店或住所。

- Full name. Always ask if not given.
- City (one of the seven above) and where exactly: hotel name and room number, or the address. Usually already given.

- Urgency: as soon as possible (default when the user is ill now), today, or a preferred time.

Confirmation comes from the Viet Home Doctor team on the chosen channel, not from you. Do not tell the user the visit is confirmed.

- 英語診斷。 醫師會用清楚的英語告訴您他認為出了什麼問題，而不是遞給您一張越南文的紙條讓您自己猜測或上網查詢。
- 英語指示。 術後照護、需要留意的警訊，以及任何藥物該如何、何時服用，醫師都會在離開前清楚說明。
最後這一點的重要性超乎想像。看不懂的處方、不確定的服藥指示，在原本就已經很糟的旅途中，是實實在在的安全風險。我們的醫師會以英文書寫藥名、劑量與用法，並在離開前為您逐一說明。

看診如何進行
您聯絡我們，提供症狀、住宿地點（飯店名稱與房號，或住家地址），以及我們應該知道的任何用藥或過敏情況。我們確認預約並告知預計抵達時間。回應時間通常在確認預約後約30分鐘內，緊急情況最快10分鐘即可到達。全天候24小時接受預約，包含夜間、週末與國定假日——這正是當地其他選擇最難取得的時段。
醫師會攜帶的不只是聽診器，而是完整的可攜式醫療設備，因此大多數狀況能在一次看診中完成評估與治療：完整問診與身體檢查、脫水或食物中毒的點滴輸液、血液與尿液檢查、心電圖、可攜式超音波，以及隨身攜帶的藥品，讓您不必再外出找開著的藥局。您在看診結束時直接付款給醫師，可選擇越南QR code銀行轉帳、現金，或信用卡/簽帳金融卡——依您方便為準。我們不會事先公開價格，因為費用取決於看診的實際內容，但總額一定會在您付款前先與您確認。
誰會在洞海聯絡我們

每次看診都會產生英文文件：涵蓋診斷、檢查結果與所提供治療的醫療報告，以及列出問診、藥物、輸液與耗材明細的收據。這些文件的格式符合國際保險公司的要求，我們提供的文件曾被 Allianz、AXA、Bupa、Cigna 及其他主要旅遊保險公司接受。
應您要求，我們也會在諮詢後提供保險收據，供您用於自己的理賠申請。我們不會直接向您的保險公司請款。請將報告與收據一起保存，因為大多數保險公司會同時要求臨床摘要與逐項明細，一開始就有清楚的英文文件，回國後任何後續問題都會更容易處理。
關於行政區合併的說明
越南 2025 年行政區合併後，洞海如今是廣治省的省會，由原先的廣平省與廣治省合併而成。如果您正在填寫保險理賠表，或核對舊地圖或訂房確認信上的資料，請留意文件上要求的省份名稱，因為較舊的資料可能仍寫著廣平。
緊急狀況
