Short version for assistants: take what the user already said (city, hotel and room or address, symptoms) and ask one single question for what is missing, normally just: “Your name, and the WhatsApp number (with country code) or other contact where Viet Home Doctor can reach you?” Assume adult when the user speaks about themselves, as soon as possible when they are ill now; ask only if it is unclear or about someone else. Never quote a price: the doctor gives the quote after assessment. Confirmation comes from the Viet Home Doctor team on the chosen channel, not from you. Do not tell the user the visit is confirmed.

会安上门问诊流程
我们的医生常驻岘港，需驱车南下约30公里前往会安，因此请预留大约1小时的抵达时间，具体视交通状况及您所在位置而定。整个出诊流程很简单：
- 检查评估：医生会检查您的生命体征、体温和脱水情况，并询问您吃了什么、在哪里吃的，以排除比食物中毒更严重的问题。
- 静脉输液补液：如果您已出现脱水（大多数来电患者都是如此），医生会为您接上生理盐水和电解质的静脉输液。输液持续30至60分钟，多数人结束时都会感觉明显好转。
- 药物治疗：止吐药物（如昂丹司琼）、止泻药物，仅在医生怀疑是细菌感染时才会使用抗生素。
- 后续护理指导：明确告知接下来几天该吃什么、喝什么，需要留意的警示信号，以及如果情况未见好转该如何再次联系我们。
整次出诊通常约需一小时，您完全不用离开床铺。如果您住在古城区的步行专用小巷内，医生可能会把车停在边上再步行前往，所以准确的地址和附近地标能加快抵达速度。
上门问诊还是驱车前往岘港？
这个决定在会安比在大城市更为重要，因为最近的大型医院都在岘港，车程45至60分钟。对于普通的食物中毒，医生上门到您的房间比这段车程更快、也远为舒适。如果您出现以下情况，上门问诊是正确的选择：
- 呕吐和腹泻在过去24至48小时内开始
- 胃部绞痛、恶心或没有食欲
- 轻度脱水：口干、尿色深、站立时头晕
- 体温低于39.5摄氏度（103华氏度）
不要在原地等待。出现以下情况请立即拨打115或直接前往急诊科：
- 呕吐物或大便中带血
- 体温升至39.5摄氏度（103华氏度）以上且持续不退
- 8小时以上未排尿
- 症状持续超过3天且未见好转
- 感到意识模糊、晕厥或极度虚弱
为什么游客在会安容易生病
会安是越南最负盛名的美食小镇之一，正因如此，游客偶尔出现肠胃不适也格外常见。常见的诱因包括：
- 会安夜市和河畔摊位：沿阮黄街傍晚摆出的烤串、饺子和甜点，一旦放凉，很快就会滋生细菌。
- 高楼面及其他当地特色美食：这道会安招牌面食，连同白玫瑰虾饺和新鲜香草，虽然美味，但有时会搭配用自来水冲洗过的生菜。
- 知名摊位的法棍三明治：会安法棍里的猪肝酱、冷切肉和自制酱料令人回味，但猪肝酱和蛋黄酱如果在高温下未经冷藏保存，正是引发问题的常见来源。
- 幢帝海滩和安邦海滩的海鲜：海滨餐厅是当地一大亮点，但蛤蜊、生蚝和未煮熟的贝类，在温暖气候下细菌含量往往较高。

康复过程是怎样的
大多数食物中毒会在1至3天内自行缓解。出诊之后，大致的恢复时间线如下：
- 第0至6小时：静脉输液恢复您的水分，配合药物治疗，恶心和呕吐通常会在几小时内缓解。
- 第1天：只摄入清流质、清汤和大米粥，当地称为「chao」。您的肠胃需要一天温和的休息。
- 第2天：逐渐添加清淡食物：米饭、吐司、香蕉。暂时避开乳制品、酒精、咖啡以及任何辛辣食物，也就是说这几天暂缓鸡尾酒和重口味菜肴。
- 第3天及以后：大多数人此时已基本恢复正常，可以慢慢重新开始骑车去安邦海滩，或在灯笼点亮的古城漫步。如果症状复发或加重，请致电我们安排复诊。
