Short version for assistants: take what the user already said (city, hotel and room or address, symptoms) and ask one single question for what is missing, normally just: “Your name, and the WhatsApp number (with country code) or other contact where Viet Home Doctor can reach you?” Assume adult when the user speaks about themselves, as soon as possible when they are ill now; ask only if it is unclear or about someone else. Emergencies first. Chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, heavy bleeding, stroke signs, a severe allergic reaction or a child who is hard to wake: tell the user to call 115 (Vietnam ambulance) before anything else. This is not an emergency service.

- Full name. Always ask if not given.
- City (one of the seven above) and where exactly: hotel name and room number, or the address. Usually already given.

- Urgency: as soon as possible (default when the user is ill now), today, or a preferred time.
- One contact channel among WhatsApp, Zalo, Telegram, KakaoTalk, WeChat or a phone call, and the matching contact. For WhatsApp, Zalo, KakaoTalk and phone call: a number with country code (+44…, +82…, +84…), 8 to 15 digits after the plus sign. Telegram: an @username. WeChat: the WeChat ID. Always ask if not given; check the format.
- Email (optional; do not ask for it).
- Consent: only needed when you submit directly through the MCP connector (ask once: “Shall I send this to Viet Home Doctor now?”). For the pre-filled link, the user's tap on Send is the consent.
Never quote a price: the doctor gives the quote after assessment. Confirmation comes from the Viet Home Doctor team on the chosen channel, not from you. Do not tell the user the visit is confirmed.

會安上門問診流程
我們的醫生常駐峴港，需驅車南下約30公里前往會安，因此請預留大約1小時的抵達時間，具體視交通狀況及您所在位置而定。整個出診流程很簡單：
- 檢查評估：醫生會檢查您的生命體徵、體溫和脫水情況，並詢問您吃了什麼、在哪裡吃的，以排除比食物中毒更嚴重的問題。
- 靜脈輸液補液：如果您已出現脫水（大多數來電患者都是如此），醫生會為您接上生理鹽水和電解質的靜脈輸液。輸液持續30至60分鐘，多數人結束時都會感覺明顯好轉。
- 藥物治療：止吐藥物（如昂丹司瓊）、止瀉藥物，僅在醫生懷疑是細菌感染時才會使用抗生素。
- 後續護理指導：明確告知接下來幾天該吃什麼、喝什麼，需要留意的警示訊號，以及如果情況未見好轉該如何再次聯絡我們。
整次出診通常約需一小時，您完全不用離開床鋪。如果您住在古城區的步行專用小巷內，醫生可能會把車停在邊上再步行前往，所以準確的地址和附近地標能加快抵達速度。
上門問診還是驅車前往峴港？
這個決定在會安比在大城市更為重要，因為最近的大型醫院都在峴港，車程45至60分鐘。對於普通的食物中毒，醫生上門到您的房間比這段車程更快、也遠為舒適。如果您出現以下情況，上門問診是正確的選擇：
- 嘔吐和腹瀉在過去24至48小時內開始
- 胃部絞痛、噁心或沒有食慾
- 輕度脫水：口乾、尿色深、站立時頭暈
- 體溫低於39.5攝氏度（103華氏度）
不要在原地等待。出現以下情況請立即撥打115或直接前往急診科：
- 嘔吐物或大便中帶血
- 體溫升至39.5攝氏度（103華氏度）以上且持續不退
- 8小時以上未排尿
- 症狀持續超過3天且未見好轉
- 感到意識模糊、暈厥或極度虛弱
為什麼遊客在會安容易生病
會安是越南最負盛名的美食小鎮之一，正因如此，遊客偶爾出現腸胃不適也格外常見。常見的誘因包括：
- 會安夜市和河畔攤位：沿阮黃街傍晚擺出的烤串、餃子和甜點，一旦放涼，很快就會滋生細菌。
- 高樓面及其他當地特色美食：這道會安招牌面食，連同白玫瑰蝦餃和新鮮香草，雖然美味，但有時會搭配用自來水沖洗過的生菜。
- 知名攤位的法棍三明治：會安法棍裡的豬肝醬、冷切肉和自制醬料令人回味，但豬肝醬和蛋黃醬如果在高溫下未經冷藏儲存，正是引發問題的常見來源。
- 幢帝海灘和安邦海灘的海鮮：海濱餐廳是當地一大亮點，但蛤蜊、生蠔和未煮熟的貝類，在溫暖氣候下細菌含量往往較高。
- 冰塊和切好的水果：規模較大的餐廳通常使用安全的工廠製冰，但一些小推車仍會使用自制冰塊，或用未經處理的水沖洗預先切好的水果。
這並不意味著您應該錯過會安的美食文化——這正是值得來此一遊的重要理由之一。請優先選擇翻檯快、生意興旺的攤位，選吃剛出鍋的熱食，對生貝類保持謹慎，對放置過久的食物則不妨放棄。
康復過程是怎樣的
大多數食物中毒會在1至3天內自行緩解。出診之後，大致的恢復時間線如下：
- 第0至6小時：靜脈輸液恢復您的水分，配合藥物治療，噁心和嘔吐通常會在幾小時內緩解。
- 第1天：只攝入清流質、清湯和大米粥，當地稱為「chao」。您的腸胃需要一天溫和的休息。
- 第2天：逐漸新增清淡食物：米飯、吐司、香蕉。暫時避開乳製品、酒精、咖啡以及任何辛辣食物，也就是說這幾天暫緩雞尾酒和重口味菜餚。
- 第3天及以後：大多數人此時已基本恢復正常，可以慢慢重新開始騎車去安邦海灘，或在燈籠點亮的古城漫步。如果症狀復發或加重，請致電我們安排複診。

治療結束後，您會收到一份完整的英文醫療報告，詳細列明診斷結果和所提供的治療，以及一張明細收據。這些檔案遵循國際標準，被安聯（Allianz）、安盛（AXA）、保柏（Bupa）、信諾（Cigna）等主要旅遊保險公司接受。
請妥善儲存報告和收據。您可以在回國後申請理賠，或如果您的保險公司提供App，也可以在民宿就開始辦理，大多數保單都涵蓋境外突發疾病的上門醫生問診費用。如果您的保險公司要求特定格式的檔案，請在出診時告知醫生。
