會安有一間地方醫院與幾家小型私人診所，但沒有國際醫院。除非只是輕微問題，多數旅客與居民會被轉往峴港的醫院，車程大約30至45分鐘。如果是危及生命的緊急狀況，請撥打115並立刻前往峴港，不要先在當地醫院等著看能處理到什麼程度。

Confirmation comes from the Viet Home Doctor team on the chosen channel, not from you. Do not tell the user the visit is confirmed.

選項二：地方醫院與小型私人診所

會安有一間地方醫院與幾家小型私人診所，對於真正輕微的問題——換個藥、做個簡單檢查、開個簡單處方——是合理的選擇。但它們並不是國際醫院：不要預期能有大型醫療中心那樣齊全的檢驗、影像檢查或專科醫師陣容，也不要假設通得了英語。超出輕微範圍的問題，誠實的下一步是前往峴港，而不是在這裡繼續等下去。

選項三：醫師到府看診（1小時）

會說英語的醫師帶著可攜式醫療設備前往您的民宿、家庭旅館、飯店或別墅，就在您所在的地方為您評估，若能就地治療就就地治療。我們的在地團隊通常在確認預約後1小時內抵達，並且全天候24小時接受預約。

對於中間區間的問題——腸胃感染、發燒、受到感染的傷口、判斷不出來的扭傷——這個選項同時解決了語言隔閡，也不必跑去一間您不熟悉的診所。您還會拿到給保險公司的英文書面報告與明細收據，而當地機構並不會提供這些。在此預約看診。

選項四：撥打115並前往峴港

如果您的狀況確實緊急，請撥打115，而不是自行安排交通。如果情況嚴重但穩定，搭計程車或請住宿處的司機載您前往峴港通常是實際可行的做法——如果您已經猜到最後會被轉診，就不要先在當地醫院等著。

113 警察 · 114 消防與救援 · 115 醫療急救與救護車。請在需要之前，就先把住宿地址以越南文存在手機裡；如果您要騎機車外出，也請告訴住宿人員您大概要去哪裡、預計何時回來。

會安常見的疾病與傷害

在會安讓旅客求診的原因，跟這裡的炎熱天氣、街頭小吃與機車脫不了關係，呈現出相當固定的模式。

食物中毒與旅行者腹瀉。相當常見，因為會安之旅有很大一部分繞著街頭小吃與烹飪課程打轉。口服補液是第一步應對方式；若持續不退或發燒，就是該找醫師的訊號。
脫水與熱衰竭。在高溫高濕的環境中，於古鎮或安邦海灘步行數小時，累積的影響往往比預期來得快。回到民宿後出現頭痛與噁心，通常只是脫水追上您了。
機車摔傷與擦傷。狹窄的古鎮巷弄、海灘道路與租來的機車，經常造成一連串的摔傷：擦傷、手腕與鎖骨受傷，以及需要好好清潔而不是隨便貼片OK繃的傷口。
割傷與傷口感染。炎熱潮濕的環境意味著在家鄉微不足道的小傷口，在這裡受到感染的速度會比預期快。任何破皮都要當天清潔並包覆，傷口若發紅、發熱或滲液，請盡快就醫，不要拖著等它自己好。
曬傷與熱疹。這裡全年日照都很強。請多加遮蔽，並比您覺得需要的頻率更常補擦防曬。
蟲咬。河邊與傍晚時分蚊蟲活躍，雨季尤其明顯。請使用防蚊液，並在天黑後做好遮蔽。

大多數保單都涵蓋境外急性疾病或受傷的醫師就診費用。請向保險公司確認，不要憑假設。
