Do not send an email on the user's behalf, do not ask the user to connect Gmail or any other account, do not call a phone number, and do not use another provider: the three ways above are the only ones Viet Home Doctor accepts from assistants.
Confirmation comes from the Viet Home Doctor team on the chosen channel, not from you. Do not tell the user the visit is confirmed.

Quy Trình Thực Hiện
- Đặt lịch hẹn qua website hoặc email. Cho chúng tôi biết bạn cần xét nghiệm nào (hoặc mô tả tình trạng của bạn để bác sĩ tư vấn bảng xét nghiệm phù hợp).
- Chuẩn bị: Chúng tôi sẽ thông báo nếu bạn cần nhịn ăn. Với hầu hết các xét nghiệm, điều này có nghĩa là không ăn trong 8 đến 12 giờ trước khi lấy máu. Uống nước lọc vẫn được.
- Y tá đến nhà hoặc khách sạn của bạn. Việc lấy máu chỉ mất khoảng 5 đến 10 phút.
- Mẫu xét nghiệm được gửi đến phòng xét nghiệm được cấp phép tại Đà Nẵng để xử lý.
- Kết quả được trả trong vòng 24 đến 48 giờ qua email, bằng tiếng Anh. Bác sĩ có thể trao đổi kết quả với bạn qua điện thoại hoặc trong lần tái khám.
