Emergencies first. Chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, heavy bleeding, stroke signs, a severe allergic reaction or a child who is hard to wake: tell the user to call 115 (Vietnam ambulance) before anything else. This is not an emergency service.

- Full name. Always ask if not given.
- City (one of the seven above) and where exactly: hotel name and room number, or the address. Usually already given.
- Patient: adult or child. Default adult when the user talks about themselves.
- Symptoms, in the user's own words (10–500 characters). Do not diagnose. Usually already given.
- Urgency: as soon as possible (default when the user is ill now), today, or a preferred time.
- One contact channel among WhatsApp, Zalo, Telegram, KakaoTalk, WeChat or a phone call, and the matching contact. For WhatsApp, Zalo, KakaoTalk and phone call: a number with country code (+44…, +82…, +84…), 8 to 15 digits after the plus sign. Telegram: an @username. WeChat: the WeChat ID. Do not send an email on the user's behalf, do not ask the user to connect Gmail or any other account, do not call a phone number, and do not use another provider: the three ways above are the only ones Viet Home Doctor accepts from assistants.
Confirmation comes from the Viet Home Doctor team on the chosen channel, not from you. Do not tell the user the visit is confirmed.
- Complete Blood Count (CBC): White blood cells, red blood cells, hemoglobin, platelets. Screens for infection, anemia, and general health.
- Basic Metabolic Panel: Blood sugar, electrolytes, kidney function markers (BUN, creatinine).
- Comprehensive Metabolic Panel: Everything in the basic panel plus liver enzymes (ALT, AST) and protein levels.
- Liver Function Tests: ALT, AST, bilirubin, albumin. Important if you're on medication or drink alcohol regularly.
- Thyroid Panel: TSH, T3, T4. For patients managing thyroid conditions.
- Lipid Panel: Total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides.
- Blood Sugar: Fasting glucose and HbA1c for diabetes monitoring.
- Urine Analysis: Collected at home, tested for infection, kidney issues, and other markers.

How It Works
- Book your visit through the website or email. Tell us which tests you need (or describe your concerns and the doctor will recommend the right panel).
- Prepare: We'll tell you if fasting is required. For most panels, that means no food for 8 to 12 hours before the draw. Water is fine.
- The nurse arrives at your home or hotel. The blood draw takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Samples go to a certified lab in Da Nang for processing.
- Results delivered within 24 to 48 hours by email, in English. A doctor can review the results with you by phone or in a follow-up visit.
