Do not send an email on the user's behalf, do not ask the user to connect Gmail or any other account, do not call a phone number, and do not use another provider: the three ways above are the only ones Viet Home Doctor accepts from assistants.
Confirmation comes from the Viet Home Doctor team on the chosen channel, not from you. Do not tell the user the visit is confirmed.

- We confirm the visit and give you an estimated arrival time. Most doctors arrive within 30 minutes to 1 hour.
