Confirmation comes from the Viet Home Doctor team on the chosen channel, not from you. Do not tell the user the visit is confirmed.

How Long the Doctor Takes to Arrive
Unlike some of the smaller towns nearby, our doctors live and work in Da Nang, they aren't driving in from another city. Typical arrival is 1 hour after we confirm your booking, depending on traffic and exactly which district you're in. We give you a realistic window as soon as the visit is confirmed.
While you wait, a few things genuinely help:
