Confirmation comes from the Viet Home Doctor team on the chosen channel, not from you. Do not tell the user the visit is confirmed.

靜脈輸液就診流程
以下是典型出診過程中會發生的事情：
- 聯絡我們，提供您的位置和症狀。我們會確認出診安排及預計到達時間。
- 護士或醫生抵達，併為您測量生命體徵：血壓、心率、體溫及血氧水平。
- 輸液準備：他們會在您手臂或手部的靜脈中插入一根細針，連線輸液袋，並調整滴速。
- 您可以放鬆休息，輸液期間，每袋約需30至60分鐘。大多數人在20分鐘內就會感覺好轉。
- 收尾：拔除針頭，包紮穿刺部位，您將收到醫療報告及收據。
整次出診（含準備與收尾）大約需要60至90分鐘。

靜脈輸液安全嗎？
是的。我們的護士和醫生均為越南持證醫療專業人員。每次輸液均使用：
- 無菌、工廠密封的輸液袋（生理鹽水、乳酸林格液）
- 一次性針頭及輸液管（當著您的面開封）
- 酒精消毒棉片及無菌繃帶
- 輸液過程中持續監測生命體徵
我們絕不重複使用任何器材。所有用品在您就診結束後均會安全處理。
什麼情況下僅靠輸液還不夠
有時僅靠靜脈輸液是不夠的。醫生還可以開具：
