ホイアンでの往診の流れ
お部屋から一歩も出る必要はありません。手順はとてもシンプルです。
- ご連絡 — ウェブサイトのフォームまたはメールにて、ホームステイ・ホテル名、部屋番号、おおよその位置や地図のピン、簡単な症状の内容をお知らせください。
- 予約確定 — 往診の内容を確認し、到着予定時刻をお伝えします。医師はダナンから向かうため、交通状況やホイアン内の滞在場所によりますが、目安として約30分から1時間かかります。
- 医師の到着 — 医師がそのままお部屋まで伺います。アンシェントタウンの路地の奥や門のあるヴィラにお泊まりの場合は、正確な場所を確認できるよう電話に出られる状態にしておいてください。
- 診察と治療はベッドサイドで行います。医師が症状を評価し、状態をご説明したうえで、その場でお薬や点滴などの治療を開始します。
- 書類のお渡し — 医師が退室する前に、英語の診療報告書と保険用の明細付き領収書をお渡しします。

ホームステイに併設のクリニックがないため、医師はすぐに治療を開始できるよう、自己完結型の医療キットを携行します。

客室往診は、体調不良や急を要するものの状態が安定している場合の適切な選択肢です。真の救急事態には適していません。ご本人または同行者に胸の痛み、重度の呼吸困難、顔のゆがみや呂律が回らないといった脳卒中の兆候、止まらない出血がある場合、または重大な事故に遭った場合は、直ちに115番へ電話して救急車を呼んでください。ホイアンには容体を安定させるための地域病院があり、最寄りの大きな病院はダナンにあります。緊急事態への対応が済んだ後は、宿泊先でのその後のケアについても喜んでお手伝いいたします。
保険請求用の書類について
すべての往診の最後に、英語で作成された診療報告書と明細付き領収書をお渡しします。町内に書類を発行してくれる大型国際病院がないホイアンだからこそ、これは特に重要です。適切に記録された客室往診であれば、旅行保険の請求もすっきりと簡単に進められます。
